AdultxModels.com Announces their new photo rules in compliance with the New 2257 regulations
June 20th, 2005 - AdultxModels.com New Photo Rules in Compliance with the US 2257 Regulations.
AdultxModels.com, the Premier Talent Site for the Adult Industry, announces they have new photo rules in accordance with the US 3357 compliance regulations. ALL models must comply with the new photo rules immediately.
In accordance to the all new US 2257 Regulations that will be going into full effect on June 25th, 2005, the new regulations are a bit confusing and must be followed accurately. As always we are an Adult Themed Talent Site, so no one under the age of 18 is allowed to post a portfolio on our site ever. Below is a list of our new photo rules, which can also be viewed within our site on the models photo upload page.
BELOW ARE OUR GENERAL PHOTO RULES
- You MUST BE over 18 years of age, NO exceptions!
- Even if you are over 18, DO NOT post nude photos of yourself taken before you turned 18!
- Photos must be only of you, do not post photos of other people.
- Do not post Photos of you with other people in them.
- DO NOT post photos with email addresses on them.
- DO NOT post photos with website url's on them.
- Copyrights ARE permitted, as long as they are not emails or url's.
- DO NOT post anything considered illegal material (ie. child porn, bestiality, etc..), if you are unsure what is considered illegal, please contact us.
BELOW ARE THE NEW PHOTO RULES TO COMPLY WITH THE NEW 2257 REGULATIONS (in addition to our general rules)
- No pictures with anyone else in them, does not mater clothed or not.
- No pictures of actual or simulated sexual intercourse (Anal & Vaginal)
- No pictures of anyone engaging in any kind of oral sex
- No pictures of nudity below the waist, no genitals showing
- No pictures holding or fondling (in a sexual way) of the breasts
- No pictures that have been cropped from any of the above depictions
- No Pictures of Bestiality in any way
- No Bondage / BDSM Pics - even clothed bondage is not allowed
- No Urine / Defecation Pics
- No Blood of any kind
Hopefully the fight against the DOJ will be in favor of the Adult Industry and we can remove certain rules to allow certain photos back on our site, but until then the new rules must be followed. If anyone uploads a photo that does not follow the rules, it will be immediately removed and a warning will be sent to the model. If the model continues to break the p0hoto rules they will be removed permanently from the site. We are very strict with the new rules and regulations and will enforce them to the fullest extent.
